Born in Cambridge and raised in Nottingham, Nadia’s journey into movement began at the age of five, discovering a love for dance that shaped her path. Her passion for performing led her to study dance, singing, and drama at a musical theatre college. Yet, it was the allure of Ibiza that truly transformed her life. Immersed in the island’s vibrant culture, she became one of its most celebrated dancers, known for her artistry, energy, and innate connection to the music.
After navigating a pivotal chapter in her life, Nadia found a new rhythm through yoga. In 2019, she traveled to India to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training, immersing herself in the ancient practices of breathwork, meditation, and movement. Today, she weaves these teachings into her classes, private sessions, and retreats, guiding others to rediscover balance in both body and mind.
Nadia’s philosophy blends yoga, mobility, and dance with mindful nutrition and holistic lifestyle practices. Her personal exploration of health began when she realised how much her habits were impacting her mental and physical well-being. This self-awareness sparked a journey into fitness and nutrition that she now shares with others, emphasizing that wellness is as much about the process as the outcome.
