Alberto
Alberto practices a blend of strength, conditioning, mobility, functional & primal movement to maximise human potential. His philosophy is first and foremost based upon restoring function to improve strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and coordination.
A blend of different modalities drawing inspiration from capoeira, jiujitsu, calisthenics, gymnastics, and contemporary dance to name just a few. The focus of his classes are all about re-connecting the mind and body through play.
The session starts with breathwork to enhance your body awareness, followed by dynamic movements, including warm-ups, partner drills, and floor work. It concludes with relaxation techniques to release tension and promote overall well-being.

Malin
Malin is a Certified Detoxification Specialist and Lymphatic Iridologist. She helps individuals reach optimal health and balance by encouraging them to adopt beneficial diet and lifestyle modifications.
Iridology is the study of the patterns and colors on the iris of the eye to determine information about a patient’s overall health. The primary purpose of iridology is to recognise health problems at their earliest stages and offer suggestions on how to stop the disease from developing.
Through the workshop Malin will give a deeper explanation on how iridology works and how we can recognise the genetic weaknesses of the body in organs and glands. Understand the stage of lymphatic system and recommend different detox methods and herbs that we can implement in our every day life.

After several years of studying and practicing osteopathy and Chinese medicine, Olatz discovered kinesiology—a tool that transformed her understanding of health and well-being. She realised that the body possesses its own wisdom and inherently knows what it needs, expressing itself through various interconnected layers: structure, chemistry, emotion, and energy.
In her therapeutic approach, these layers are inseparable, forming the foundation of integrative and effective treatments. Guided by this holistic vision, each session with Olatz becomes an opportunity to listen to the body, working in harmony with its signals to promote deep and sustainable well-being.
