Nadia's 1:1 sessions cater for each individuals needs but with a goal of progression, whether you're new to yoga or seeking to deepen your practice. In each 75-minute session, Nadia guides you through a transformative journey of movement, breath, connection, and alignment. With every session, you'll immerse yourself in a rejuvenating and grounding practice that harmonises your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you refreshed and deeply connected to yourself.
