I’m so excited to share my first newsletter with you! This space is dedicated to empowering you with health tips, recipes, and insights that will support your well-being, and I can’t wait for us to go on this journey together.
For those of you who don’t know me, I’ve been a dancer for most of my life before discovering yoga and well-being. Over the last few years, I’ve built a career as a health and lifestyle coach and yoga teacher, and have dedicated myself to helping others transform their health, both physically and mentally.
I am still a student of life, constantly learning and absorbing new knowledge and information. I believe most of what we are told is a lie, and we should always do our own research when it comes to our health. This journey into health is about being better than the norm, and while some of my information may seem unconventional, it’s shared with love and the desire for everyone to live a long, healthy life.
For the past 10 years, I’ve broadened my mind on all things health and well-being, and I’m still learning new things every day. I encourage you to always question the narrative and take control of your own health—your body and mind deserve that care and attention.
